Why Should I Hire Lisa Gilchrist Interiors?
At Lisa Gilchrist Interiors I believe in Value, exemplary one-on-one Customer Service and great Results. I take your ideas and input, and turn the vision into a reality.

What Are Your Fees? And Do You Take on Small Projects such as one or two Rooms?
I provide as much or as little service as you require. For smaller projects I provide an hourly rate. For larger-scoped projects a retainer is required. Please feel free to contact me to discuss LGI’s design fee.

What Area Do You Work In? And Will Your Firm Travel?
I generally work within Durham Region. However, there have been projects outside of those areas. Please contact Lisa Gilchrist Interiors to discuss. I am always open to travel.

What is the Timeframe for Project Completion?
Every project is unique and there are many factors that will determine the length of time it takes to complete.

Most large scale projects can take several months for completion. For example the lead time for “On Demand” or “Custom” furniture pieces can take 8 -16 weeks.

Will You Work with our Specific Contractors and Trades?
Lisa Gilchrist Interiors has worked with a variety of Trade Professionals. I have a list of reputable, reasonable, and reliable vendors from Kitchen and Bath Design/Layout to Painters, Electricians, Plumbers, etc. The client can interview LGI’s prospective trades’ people or use their own. It’s ultimately a matter of preference.
